Home-based Business Success is Between Your Ears

Down economies force more and more people to look for extra ways to earn income, that gives you an excellent opportunity to help them.
You could get a second or third job, but to truly be in command of your destiny, you'll need to find a way to become self-employed, hence, the explosion in the homebased, network marketing, and mlm industries.

A home-based business is a natural solution given the alternatives, so to make the most of that decision, its your philosophy that will determine your success.

Henry Ford once said "Whether you believe you can or you believe you cannot, either way you are right." T. Harv Eker says it another way "If you believe you can or if you believe you can't, either way you'll live into that story."

The first place you will have to form a solid belief in is YOURSELF! If you don't believe in YOU, who would possibly believe in what you have to offer? Others will success in the company that you are with while others fail. The number one reason is confidence and belief. Its just icing on the cake to have a terrific compensation plan, great leadership, and great products or services.

Here's the really great news, almost anyone can learn to believe in themselves. You need to find someone who already believes in you and build on that. When I first got involved in this industry, I was surrounded by naysayers, so I had to find a way to surround myself with positive thinking, can do kind of people. I found them in books, tapes, cds, and dvds. As you read their story, visualize yourself in their position. Other ways are to get on webinars and hear of others being successful so that you begin to believe that you can be successful too.

From Jim Rohn's 12 Pillars of Success, when he had me write down accomplishments from my past, I started really feeling good about who I was and what I would be able to accomplish. When you look over that list, realize that you have gifts and talents that you can draw upon. Most people are surprised at just how successful they have actually been in the past, this gives you more confidence to believe in yourself for whatever business or company you choose to get involved in.

I know that when you start believing in yourself, gaining self-confidence, that NOTHING will be able to stop you. I KNOW that to be 100% true, and I believe in you!
